in the year 2005 in the name and style of Orchid Constructions with
launching of its maiden apartment project – Orchid Homes at
Alwaye – the most serene city in Kerala. This was followed by
another apartment complex – Orchid Green at Kottayam, the most
literate city of India. These two completed housing projects from
the house of Orchid Habitat stand testimony to its commitment to quality,

customers and tapping the booming housing sector, the Orchid Constructions
underwent certain evolutionary changes and converted itself to a private
limited company by the name and style, Orchid Habitats India (P) Limited.

the E-City of Kerala. Simultaneously, yet another project is planned
at Alwaye, the home town of Orchid Habitat. |
| The promoters of Orchid Habitats are the third generation
entrepreneurs from a business house of 100 years repute in the field
of spices and hill produces. They have joined hands with their sister
concerns namely Ten Constructions and KST Constructions for joint
constructions of their multi projects. The group is equipped with
all state of the art building equipments and machinery to meet the
challenging requirements. They also utilize their spare capacity and
expertise for undertaking any turn-key projects in the building sector. |
